The role focuses on end-to-end cost accounting support, advanced variance analyses, and actionable insights for global stakeholders, leveraging SAP ERP, Power BI, and automation to raise reporting quality and controls. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of cost accounting/finance experience in multinational or shared service environments.
• Strong ERP experience, especially SAP, with inventory/costing modules.
• Advanced Excel and MS 365 tools; familiarity with Power Query/Power Pivot/SharePoint/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cost and inventory accounting with minimal supervision and perform advanced variance analyses.
• Resolve non-routine accounting/data issues and assess multiple solutions for optimal outcomes.
• Act as finance partner to global stakeholders, translating data insights into decisions.
• Lead process improvements using digital tools to enhance reporting speed, accuracy, and controls.
