Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields.
• 8 years of relevant cost accounting, finance operations, or financial analysis in MNCs/shared service environments.
• Proven experience handling complex inventory and cost accounting topics with minimal supervision.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP, with inventory, costing, finance and reporting modules.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and finance productivity tools (Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience building or supporting digital reporting and automation using Power BI, Power Automate, MS Access, VBA, SQL, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cost and inventory accounting activities with minimal supervision and perform advanced variance analysis.
• Serve as SME for cost accounting processes and ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal controls.
• Act as trusted finance partner to global stakeholders and translate insights into decision-ready recommendations.
• Identify and lead process improvements using digital tools and automation to improve reporting speed, data accuracy, and controls.
