• Expérience en estimation des coûts dans l’industrie pétrole/gaz.
• Maîtrise des méthodes GS/GM et normes AACE.
• Capacité à analyser les données techniques et livrables du projet.
• Compétences en coordination avec les parties prenantes et l’équipe de contrôle des coûts.

Responsibilities

• Élaborer la méthodologie d’estimation des coûts selon GS/GM et les normes AACE.
• Analyser les entrées du projet (dessins, rapports de poids, spécifications, plan d’exécution).
• Mettre à jour les coûts unitaires et les facteurs de coût dans les bases de données.
• Établir et publier les mémos/rapports d’estimation des coûts.
• Assurer la conformité avec les standards TotalEnergies.
• Constituer et maintenir les bases de données historiques et benchmarks.
• Analyser les écarts et les facteurs de variance (marché, maturité, coût matière).
• Obtenir les inputs internes et externes (indices publiés, bases de données).
• Collaborer avec planning et contrôle des coûts pour l’intégration coût/planification.
• Contribuer au contrôle des coûts du projet et au reporting financier.
• Soutenir les rapports WPB, PDC, VOWD et clôture WBS/A FE.
• Collaborer avec Finance pour clôture mensuelle/annuelle.
• Appliquer les bonnes pratiques HSSE et suivre les 12 règles d’or.
• Participer aux formations obligatoires.

Job description

Contexte et environnement

• Job activities as cost estimator are office-based nature works.
• Constraints and complexity of the job holder must face can be varies.
• It can be depended on the project complexity, technical complexity (i.e. understanding new or specialized equipment/technologies, liaising and managing directly or indirectly multiple stakeholders. The role also involves dealing with other constraints such as incomplete design data, frequent scope changes and managing multiple uncertainties while ensuring acceptable cost estimate accuracy.

Activités

Senior Cost Estimator

• Cost Estimation Development:
• Develop cost estimation methodology following the TotalEnergies GS/GM and AACE standards.
• Analyze projects input i.e. drawings, weight report, specifications, project execution plan, and other project deliverables to identity cost factors/parementers.
• Update projects unit rate, norms and all cost factors to the latest information available from databases.
• Development of project budget estimate based on selected cost estimation method.
• Preparation and issuance cost estimate Memo/Report as part project deliverables.
• Ensure all procedures and processes are the aligned with TotalEnenergies standards.
• Benchmarking and Historical databases:
• Develop and maintain historical cost databases, norms and projects benchmarks.
• Perform detail analysis of project benchmarking using the available input from the historical database.
• Identify significant deviation/variances of these database, and assess the factors for the variance i.e. market condition, design maturity, material cost etc.
• Collection of input from internal data and external data i.e. gather data from industry databases e.g. published indices.
• Stakeholder engagement:
• Support project services team. Work closely with planners and cost controllers to ensure the integration and alignment of cost and schedule.
• Engagement with relevant stakeholders internal and external to ensure the cost estimation activities and deliverables are meeting the requirements.
• Project Cost Controller
• Direct involvement on Cost Control activities for Construction Department and CFR projects.
• This includes Cost Control and forecasting, progress and accrual updates, financial reporting, managing WBS creation, AFE, FIP and BT/ABR.
• Assisting/Supporting Senior Cost Controller on overall projects cost report, WPB preparation, PDC update, VOWD update, AFE Closure, WBS Creation.
• Liaise and collaborate with Finance team to ensure reconciliation is completed prior to monthly and year-end closing.
• HSSE
• Implement good HSSE practises in the office.
• Follow relevant 12 Golden Rules where applicable on daily basis.
• Training
• Attend and complete mandatory trainings.
