Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or finance.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in oil & gas supply chain management with pre-development and EPCIC/EPCC/EPC contracts.
• Experience in managing both pre and post-award procurement activities for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan procurement work plans in-line with Business Plan and Budget.
• Lead bid planning, contract award and contract performance.
• Coordinate multi-function bid review and contract development to ensure technical and commercial soundness.
• Manage post-award administration, risk mitigation and contract changes.
• Ensure procurement processes align with PETRONAS PPS and OMS standards.
