Job summary

MODEC Offshore Production Systems (Singapore) / Offshore Frontier Solutions Malaysia is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to support the Contracts & Commercial teams in administration, pre-qualification, and RFQ/RFP processes for small- to mid-size contracts.

The role focuses on assisting with pre- and post-contract activities, subcontract management, and data analysis while collaborating across departments and regions to ensure compliant and timely contract execution.

Qualifications

• Tertiary graduate in Law, QS, Engineering, Business or related field; law/contract law knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in contracts or commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract and commercial administration within Contracts & Commercial teams.
• Support pre-qualification activities and RFQs/RFPs for subcontracts.
• Assist in drafting low-risk contracts and internal approval processes.
• Assist with subcontract management, notices, amendments and closeouts.
• Interact with stakeholders to foster cooperation and transparency across teams.
