Job summary

Fuku in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial QS operations on a brand-new mega infrastructure project. You will manage pre- and post-contract activities, evaluate BQs and tenders, and support claims and EOT processes.

You will mentor 2–3 junior QS staff while ensuring timely payments to subcontractors and staff, with a focus on risk management and cost control in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• QS experience in civil engineering, bridges, or building.
• Solid knowledge of BQs, tendering, VOs & contracts.

Responsibilities

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
