Job summary

Visible Construction & Trading Sdn Bhd seeks a Construction Site Supervisor to monitor sub-contractors and workers, ensuring daily activities are recorded and reported to the Project Director or Project Manager. The role includes QA/QC checks on site and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements include at least 5 years in site supervision, a Diploma, a valid driving license with own transport, ability to travel, and fluency in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a construction site supervisor.
• Diploma qualification required.
• Valid driving license and own transport; able to travel as needed.
• Able to communicate in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise sub-contractors and workers on daily works and performance.
• Report and update daily work activities to Project Director or Project Manager.
• Record and report daily site activities in the site diary.
• Act as the QA/QC checker for work done on site.
• Other tasks as assigned by the superior.
