Job summary

Hwa Hwee Construction & Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate and manage projects from start to finish. You will oversee daily site activities and coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery in line with drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
• Strong experience with main contractor projects.
• Excellent negotiation and client/consultant/subcontractor communication.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Oversee and manage daily construction activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance, progress, workmanship, and compliance.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower align with the project schedule.
• Respond to client and consultant requirements professionally and timely.
