Job summary

Crazz Group is seeking a seasoned Project Director/Manager to lead multiple large-scale construction projects in Malaysia. You will guide Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams through planning, execution, and governance to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Candidates should have 12–15 years of construction management experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record with precast concrete installations, risk management, and cost control while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
12–15 years of relevant experience in construction and project management.
Strong experience in precast concrete manufacturing and installation projects.
Knowledge of CIDB, DOSH, OSHA, and local statutory requirements.
Strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects across Malaysia from start to finish.
Provide leadership to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams; ensure governance and reporting.
Establish best practices and ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
Monitor progress, risks, and cost control; drive continuous improvement in productivity and quality.
Serve as liaison with developers, consultants, main contractors, and clients; chair project reviews.
Promote safety, quality, and compliance across all sites and manage resource utilization.
