Job summary

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, with strong leadership, risk management, and contract negotiation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• CCM/CCPM certification preferred.
• Membership with BEM or IEM.
• 20 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor progress and address deviations.
• Act as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Negotiate contracts and lead stakeholder negotiations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors).
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
