Job summary

Green To Go Urbanscape Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a Construction Manager for a full-time role at Subang Bestari. The role oversees projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high-quality standards.

Lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and enforce safety. CIDB certification and a background in construction or landscape are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, or civil engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in construction or landscape industry.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• CIDB certification or equivalent desirable.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, materials, labour and equipment.
• Lead the site team and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment usage on site.
• Oversee daily construction activities on site, ensuring work meets specifications and safety protocols.
• Monitor progress against the schedule and enforce safety procedures on site.
• Regularly communicate project status updates to clients, architects, engineers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate subcontractors and workers and resolve site issues.
• Prepare progress reports for Management and Stakeholders.
• Develop and train a skilled hardscape team.
• Facilitate and coordinate workflow between staff of different departments or companies.
