Job summary

Experian Marketing Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Compliance Assurance Officer to deliver risk-based assurance across the EMAP region. You will lead reviews, assess controls, and report findings while driving actions to resolution.

The role emphasizes strengthening methodology, governance, and GenAI tooling, with close collaboration across stakeholders and regional teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EU privacy and data protection principles.
• Experience planning and delivering assurance or testing reviews.
• Analytical, investigative, interviewing, and testing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; developing reporting tools.
• Excellent organization, planning, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance reviews and regional delivery in line with plan.
• Define review scope, testing approach, and programmes.
• Build and perform testing of compliance controls.
• Conduct fieldwork, reviews, and fact-finding meetings.
• Prepare clear reports with findings, risks, and actions.
• Track actions through to closure and escalate risks when needed.
• Support evolution of methodology, templates, and GenAI tooling.
• Maintain records and provide governance insights.
