Job summary

Ansell is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. You will plan and govern communications across sensitive situations, shaping local-market messaging and coordinating with Operations, HR, Legal, and senior leaders to protect reputation.

The role requires crisis- and issues-management expertise, deep local market knowledge, and the ability to manage confidential communications with diplomacy and rigor.

Qualifications

• Degree in communications, public relations, or related field.
• Experience handling crisis/Issues communications in a global/matrixed org.
• Proven ability to translate complex matters into clear messaging for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern local communications materials across stakeholder channels during high-sensitivity situations.
• Develop employee-facing communications aligned with business priorities and organizational changes.
• Advise senior leadership on messaging timing and sequencing for confidential matters.
• Lead development of stakeholder-facing materials (briefings, toolkits, FAQs, notices).
• Coordinate announcements and ensure consistent messaging across groups.
• Manage local media/government relations and liaise with external agencies.
