Job summary

Ansell is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Change Specialist to join our Cyberjaya, Malaysia team. You will coordinate and lead regulatory-driven changes affecting products, processes, systems and operations, ensuring timely and compliant execution across functions and regions.

You will work with Global Certification & Compliance, Quality, IT, and Operations to translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans, track milestones, and report progress through dashboards, while upholding our

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, regulatory, quality, or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
• Experience in project coordination, change management, or regulatory operations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive execution without owning regulatory interpretation.
• Experience in regulated environments within global organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end regulatory change implementation with global teams.
• Translate change requirements into structured plans and timelines.
• Own regulatory change initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across packaging, testing, IT tools, and processes.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Provide status updates and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with internal quality systems and documentation.
