Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support the Customer Experience team and act as a strategic liaison across departments to improve inter-departmental communication and scalable processes.

You will work with TAMs, Sales, Real Estate, Operations, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, manage complex requests, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5-7 years in Data Center Operations, Project Management, Customer Support, or Sales.
• Experience in the Data Center Industry or Critical Operations preferred.
• Contract management/administration experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and relationships simultaneously.
• Very strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Travel up to 15% expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior administrative support for the CE team.
• Lead scalable processes and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with TAMs to develop operational reports and metrics.
• Prepare MBRs and QBRs with the S&T team.
• Develop strategic customer relationships and schedule key meetings.
• Manage customer communications, notifications and the portal.
• Oversee the CE ticket queue and portal dashboard enhancements.
• Coordinate with Real Estate and billing to align CE activities.
