Qualifikationen

• Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in commercial property development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in retail, office, or mixed-use development projects.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of property market dynamics.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and leadership skills.
