Job summary

Paradigm Precision Components in Malaysia is seeking an experienced trainer for the FA Machining team. You will study blueprints, design tooling, prepare CNC programs, and ensure parts are produced to spec.

You will define process flows, review RFQs, and manage WI and jig/fixture development to support FA and production. Responsibilities include training, technical inquiries, and maintaining CT competitiveness while driving product improvements and supporting management with ongoing duties as

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Vocational Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing or related field.
• Certificate in Mechanical Engineering and or equivalent related field experience.
• Minimum experience in related field with 10 years Process in CNC Machine (Milling / Turning).

Responsibilities

• Provide training to FA Machining Specialist and Machining Specialist.
• Study new Blue Print during Contract Review Stage on RFQ with Sales Personal on the suitable process, jig & fixture and special form tool required to fabricate the parts.
• Provide and TQ (Technical Inquiry) to the Sales Personal if found needed base on the Blue Print.
• Define the suitable process flow to fabricate the part to complied to the Blue Print.
• Prepare and design tooling, jig & fixture to be fabricate for FA and Production mode.
• Prepare CNC Program for the FA parts.
• To ensure the FA part is produce as per the Blue Print Specification.
• To ensure the CNC Program is well controlled and maintained from time to time.
• To study the CT for the RFQ when assign.
• To ensure the program CT is competitive as per quote CT.
• Prepare the tooling list for the FA part.
• Prepare WI (words cum pictorial instruction of parts and method to produce) for FA and production.
• Define schedule of each process and confirm the Gantt chart schedule.
• Revisit document (WI, tooling and Jig & Fixture) for any improvement.
• To study and improve the product from time to time.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
