Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their financial objectives, risk appetite, and investment horizons.
• Provide expert advice on deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell suitable products and services, contributing to client portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and maintain up-to-date client records.
