Job summary

Greenibs Consult Sdn. Bhd is seeking an experienced Drafter to join its civil and structural engineering team in Malaysia. You will prepare detailed drawings, supporting earthworks, foundations and structural detailing, and coordinate with engineers to ensure design intent is accurately captured.

The role emphasizes CAD/BIM management, site coordination and adherence to local codes. Diploma or certificate in civil engineering with 6+ years of drafting experience is required; AutoCAD/Civil 3D

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of drafting experience in civil and structural projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; Revit knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, sections, elevations, profiles, layouts and construction details.
• Draft drawings for earthworks, excavation, drainage, roadworks, utilities, foundations, retaining systems and slopes.
• Produce general arrangement and reinforcement drawings; revise drawings per changes and site conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers for design intent and detailing (structural drafting added advantage).
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and authorities to ensure design alignment across disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and industry standards; support CAD/BIM standards and drawing quality reviews.
