Job summary

CelcomDigi in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Channel Management professional to drive operational readiness, governance and scalable execution across the Exclusive Partner channel. You will oversee channel performance, identify gaps, coordinate cross-functional changes with Sales Operations, Product, IT and other stakeholders, and continuously improve processes to support growth and partner experience.

• Drive channel operational readiness and governance to support Exclusive Partner execution.
• Oversee channel performance, identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and partner experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional changes with Sales Operations, Product, IT and other stakeholders.
• Provide visibility on operational risks and ensure timely issue resolution across regions.
• Review and enhance SOPs and processes to scale with evolving channel needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive channel operational readiness and governance, ensuring operational changes, processes and initiatives are aligned to support seamless and sustainable Exclusive Partner execution.
• Oversee channel operational performance and improvement, identifying key gaps, recurring issues and opportunities to improve efficiency, execution quality and partner experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional changes and business readiness, working closely with Sales Operations, Product, IT and other stakeholders to assess channel impact, align requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Drive operational oversight across the Exclusive Partner channel, providing visibility on operational risks, facilitating timely issue resolution and ensuring consistent alignment across stakeholders and regions.
• Review and enhance operational processes, SOPs and frameworks, driving harmonisation, simplification and continuous improvement to support the evolving needs and scale of the channel.

Your Merits

• At least 6–10 years’ experience in Channel Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Retail Operations, Process Management or related functions within a medium to large organization.
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify channel impact, improve processes and drive practical solutions across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate across functions and regions, resolve conflicts, and align diverse stakeholders towards shared objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong communication, analytical and presentation skills; detail-oriented, results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
