Job summary

APM CORPORATE SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Casting based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. You will oversee critical casting operations within the Manufacturing division and ensure alignment with documented procedures.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing, and hands-on experience with casting equipment. You will monitor process control, maintain records, support tooling improvements, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Over 3 years in manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and production data.
• Proactive problem-solving and teamwork.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage machine parameters and maintain correct process control on line.
• Train and motivate subordinates to understand their roles.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to QMS within the department.
• Maintain production records and data accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs, downtime, cycle time, and rejects, and take corrective action.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety practices daily.
• Manage tooling, mould improvements, and manpower.
• Operate die casting and deburring machines.
• Input accurate ERP data and follow SOP workflows.
