Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Cash Product specialist in Kuala Lumpur to define and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of cash management products and services for corporate institutional clients. You will drive lifecycle, ideation, and market research within Channel/Product Management.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, coordinating with tech projects, SME guidance on customization, and leading lifecycle management from concept to end of life,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any equivalent.
• 3+ years in banking, preferably Corporate/Cash Management.
• Well versed with corporate and commercial banking products.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed product/channel requirements with testing readiness evaluations to ensure quality and performance goals.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve business issues related to technology projects and digital innovation with significant business impact.
• Participate in technology projects for product/channel enhancements and minor customizations.
• Serve as SME on product/channel customization projects and influence decisions through advice and/or facilitating services.
• Direct and oversee product lifecycle management from concept to end of life, including market demands and technology trends.
