Job summary

Hytech is seeking an experienced .NET backend lead in Malaysia to own core modules for high-throughput systems. You will design, implement, and deploy highly available services, focusing on transaction processing and real-time data feeds.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in C# backend development, strong multi-threading and async programming skills, and a track record in latency-sensitive environments. Collaboration across teams, performance tuning, and API integrations are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of C# backend development experience and leadership in core modules.
• Deep expertise in C# multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and concurrency control.
• Experience with high-throughput, latency-sensitive systems; real-time data processing preferred.
• Proficiency in .NET 6/8, ASP.NET Core; GC/DI/middleware basics understood.
• Knowledge of Redis, Kafka, MongoDB; MySQL design and query optimization.

Responsibilities

• Drive backend development and iteration for high-throughput systems; own design, development and deployment of core modules.
• Build high-concurrency services using .NET 6/8 and async patterns for low latency.
• Design and implement order-processing/workflow platforms with ongoing performance tuning.
• Participate in architecture reviews; troubleshoot production incidents and ensure high availability.
• Write clean, maintainable code; perform code reviews and produce technical documentation.
• Stay ahead of technologies; develop third-party integrations, plugins, or APIs.
