Celestica in Senai, Johor is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to lead material procurement and CTB tracking for semiconductor projects on a 6-month contract. You will ensure material readiness for production, drive shortage mitigations, manage supplier performance, and maintain accurate SAP data while coordinating with Planning, CFT, and Logistics.

Immediate availability preferred; strong negotiation and ERP/MRP experience required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder: minimum 6 years of procurement/supply chain experience in manufacturing (semiconductor preferred).
• Diploma holder: minimum 10 years of procurement/supply chain experience in manufacturing (semiconductor preferred).
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP (ERP/MRP) is essential.

Aufgaben

• Plan and purchase materials per project need-by dates and review CTB requirements to prevent downtime.
• Address material shortages, assess lead times, and resolve supplier constraints (including SRA and FAI).
• Execute order push/cancel mitigations and maintain 100% data accuracy in SAP.
