Farben is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Kuala Lumpur to drive deliverables across multiple teams during requirements and design phases. The ideal candidate has 8-9 years of experience, with a preference for Chinese language skills to facilitate collaboration with the Chinese team.

Experience with CRM or policy servicing solutions is desirable, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with Architects, Developers, and technical staff.

Qualifications

• 8-9 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex projects.
• Preferably Chinese language for communication with Chinese team.
• Experience delivering large projects with multiple teams.
• Experience with CRM or policy servicing solutions is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze current business processes and propose technology improvements.
• Create flows, data flow diagrams, and system interaction models.

• Drive and manage deliverables with different teams during Requirements and Design stages.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and technical teams to define solution designs.
