Job summary

Leader Energy Group seeks a talented Visual Designer to develop and deliver visual communications across internal and external channels. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Advertising or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience; agency or creative studio preferred.
• Portfolio showing strong design fundamentals across digital and print channels.
• Experience managing multiple briefs and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion graphics/video tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design materials for corporate communications, campaigns and marketing initiatives, including social graphics and website assets.
• Develop visual concepts to strengthen brand expression across campaigns.
• Create artwork for exhibitions, events, signage and digital content.
• Apply visual identity and guidelines across deliverables and ensure quality.
• Present concepts and refine artwork based on feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
