Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Brand & Creative Designer to lead day-to-day design output across presentations, proposals, and corporate collateral for the Data Centers and B2B ASEAN projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful concepts, exceptional visual craft and attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day design output for the group across presentations, proposals, corporate collateral, digital communications, events, environmental applications and merchandise.
• Apply, maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across regional markets and communication channels.
• Act as the brand quality gatekeeper, ensuring a consistently high standard of craft, clarity and execution.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand through typography, layout, imagery, illustration, motion, data visualization and information design.
• Ensure that the company’s visual identity remains cohesive while allowing appropriate flexibility for different markets, audiences and business needs.
• Provide guidance and training to regional teams so that non-designers can use approved templates and assets correctly.
• Turn complex, unstructured and technically detailed source material into clear, persuasive and visually compelling business narratives.
• Create editable PowerPoint templates, slide masters, charts, diagrams and presentation systems that can be used effectively by non-designers.
• Translate data centre concepts—including power, cooling, connectivity, resilience, sustainability and site planning—into clear infographics, diagrams and visual explanations.
• Develop scalable approaches for communicating recurring technical and commercial concepts across presentations, proposals, reports and digital channels.
• Work closely with leadership, commercial and technical teams to improve the structure, clarity and visual impact of business-critical communications.
• Create brand and campaign assets across web, social media, email, digital advertising and other marketing channels.
• Design event materials, including stage visuals, booths, backdrops, signage, presentation screens and supporting communications.
• Develop site-branding applications such as hoarding, wayfinding, signage and workplace graphics.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with printers, fabricators, event agencies and local production vendors.
