Job summary

Bimmer Dynamic Sdn Bhd, an established BMW specialist workshop in Cheras, is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanic to join the team. You will oversee daily workshop operations, diagnose vehicle problems, and perform complex repairs to high standards.

The role requires 4–5 years in an automotive workshop, a valid driving license, and strong BMW diagnostic skills. You will guide junior technicians and ensure quality work while maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of automotive workshop experience.
• Minimum SPM/SKM Level 3 or higher.
• Valid driving license and ability to test-drive vehicles.
• Strong BMW diagnostic and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection, diagnosis, servicing and repair of BMW/Continental vehicles.
• Diagnose problems with diagnostic equipment and identify fault codes.
• Determine root causes and recommend parts replacement.
• Perform major and minor mechanical repairs.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
• Lead and supervise junior technicians during daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
