Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Agile Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, align stakeholders, and keep projects visible. The role requires facilitating Agile ceremonies, mapping business processes, and supporting governance and steering committees.

You will work with business and IT teams to drive risks, dependencies, and critical-path activities, develop roadmaps, and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management, preferably IT programs/projects.
• Strong Stakeholder Management across business and IT.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations at BIT level.
• Understanding and mapping end-to-end business processes.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies with engagement and discipline.
• Experience managing project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Strong Risk & Issue Management with escalation and mitigation.
• Excellent communication and coordination across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-starter who can work independently in ambiguity.
• Experience preparing Steering Committee governance decks and status reports.
• Strong follow-up and execution to close actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key business and IT stakeholders, ensuring expectations and objectives are aligned.
• Drive stakeholder alignment at BIT level and ensure effective communication across all parties.
• Map end-to-end business processes and assess IT impact on workflows.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain Agile discipline.
• Develop and maintain the project roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and critical-path items.
• Track progress, identify delays, and drive resolution with teams.
• Identify, raise and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with owners.
• Ensure transparency of risks, issues, decisions, and actions across stakeholders.
• Prepare Steering Committee decks and project status reports.
