Job summary

BEACON MART seeks a Senior Executive, Business Intelligence & Supply Chain Planning Analyst to transform customer, sales, SKU, and inventory data into actionable insights. The role links business demand, data structure, and supply planning to improve sales, product availability and inventory efficiency.

The candidate should excel in Power BI, Excel and data analysis, with strong data modelling skills and understanding of SKU coding.

Qualifications

Strong Power BI, Excel and data analytical skills.
Good understanding of data structure, SKU/product coding and data modelling.
Strong numerical and logical-thinking ability.
Able to understand both commercial and supply-chain requirements.
Experience in Business Analytics, BI, Demand Planning, Retail/FMCG or Supply Chain preferred.
SQL, ERP and POS system knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Analyse customer, sales, SKU and inventory data across channels and translate into insights for Revenue, Marketing, Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams.
Develop Power BI dashboards and management reports.
Collaborate with Revenue and Demand Planning to translate forecasts into SKU-level demand.
Coordinate with farms, procurement and warehouse teams to convert demand into supply requirements.
Maintain product codes, SKU categories, and promotion codes for accurate measurement.
Provide data and analysis to support business decisions across Revenue, Marketing, Demand Planning and Supply Chain.
