Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC (UAE) is seeking a BI-focused professional to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and governance while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience implementing and supporting BI solutions.
Proven experience as BI Developer or Data Analyst, or similar role.
Hands-on with BI tools and ETL processes.
Proficient in SQL and databases; able to manipulate data.
Strong analytical and communication skills, teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions including data models, dashboards, and reports.
Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and identify trends for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into BI solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and governance through quality checks and best practices.
Improve existing BI solutions by applying industry best practices and new tech.
Create and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training.
