Job summary

Masimo in Mexicali is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to support BI administration and execution against the roadmap, aligning with departmental requirements and stakeholders. This position focuses on report design, development, testing and implementation in accordance with specifications, executing tasks assigned by the IS BI Manager.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a SAP BI Reporting Analyst in a business environment.
• Subject matter expertise with BI toolset and data working with ERP/Data warehouse systems.
• Hands-on report development and support for SAP BI applications (SAP BO and tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks in a changing environment.
• Experience on high-level, complex operational projects supporting leadership.
• Ability to perform business needs analyses and design reports per definitions and metrics.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to execute assigned tasks and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Executes on design, development, testing, and support of IS BI systems to drive efficiencies.
• Develops reports and provides actionable deliverables.
• Creates and maintains ETL packages using Microsoft solutions (e.g., MS Visual Studio).
• Responsible for creation and deployment of systematic notifications to internal/external users.
• Collaborates with IS Development Lead and teams to ensure business needs are met.
• Monitors progress and provides updates on projects and tasks as needed.
• Complies with Masimo and IS department policies and practices.
