Job summary

ENOVIX Corporation in Penang seeks an experienced Battery Test Lead to design, implement, and execute test plans for battery test systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional Engineering teams to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of battery products.

You will develop test protocols, analyze data with JMP, and provide technical insights to support product enhancement and cost optimization. Leadership of a technicians team and ISO EMS considerations are part of the role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline required (10+ years of work experience and/or Master’s and Ph.D. preferred).
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
Experience using JMP for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test protocols for battery systems, considering performance, durability, and safety.
Conduct tests on battery systems including charge-discharge cycling and thermal performance testing.
Analyze test data to evaluate performance and identify issues using statistical methods.
Prepare detailed test reports with procedures, results, and recommendations for corrective actions.
Lead a team of technicians to sustain lab test systems and processes.
