Job summary

Enovix Corporation in Malaysia seeks a senior test engineering leader to design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for battery test systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of Li-ion products, develop robust test protocols, analyze data, and drive improvements for cost optimization.

The role requires strong program management, English and Mandarin proficiency, and experience with JMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Chemical Eng, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Eng, or related field; 10+ years experience and/or Master's/PhD preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze process data using JMP software.
• Strong program management and communication skills; able to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Willingness to travel in the future.
• Independent worker and effective in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D methodologies.
• Experience in Li-ion battery testing is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute test plans for battery test systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Engineering teams to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.
• Develop test protocols and analyze test data for improvement opportunities.
• Lead a team of technicians to sustain lab test systems and processes.
• Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support EMS compliance and environmental initiatives per ISO 14001:2015.
