Job summary

Enovix Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a senior battery test engineer to design, implement and execute test plans for battery test systems, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure quality, reliability and performance.

The role involves developing test protocols, analyzing data, leading a lab team, and driving EMS and environmental responsibilities in line with ISO 14001:2015. Travel may be required as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, chemical/materials/engineering or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and process data extraction.
• Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA and 8D methodologies is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test protocols for battery systems.
• Conduct tests such as charge-discharge cycling and thermal performance.
• Analyze test data to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Prepare detailed test reports with results and analysis findings.
• Lead a team of technicians to sustain the lab test system and processes.
