Job summary

LAVU TECH SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking Automation Testers with 4+ years of hands-on QA experience to join our team. You will identify issues across requirements, design specs and product docs, and develop test specs and environments within project timelines.

Proficiency in Selenium Java with Cucumber, Maven and IntelliJ; Git and ADO Boards; SQL; and API testing with Postman is required. Python with Pytest and finance-domain knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Automation testers with at least 4 years of experience.
• Experience identifying issues in requirements, design specs, and product docs.
• Experience logging defects, tracking to closure and reporting test status.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues in requirements, design specifications, application architecture and product documentation.
• Develop test specifications based on requirement documents within schedule constraints.
• Develop test bed and verify test environments per project requirements.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders during test planning and execution.
• Log defects in standard tools and track to closure.
• Report and update test status promptly and accurately.
• Apply defined test processes and ensure quality practices are followed.
• Comply with software quality management practices and policies.
