Job summary

LAVU TECH SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking an Automation Tester with at least 4 years of experience to join our software quality team in Cyberjaya.

You will design and execute test specifications, verify environments, and log defects while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Candidates should be proficient in Selenium with Java and Cucumber, Maven, IntelliJ, Git, Postman, SQL, and API testing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automation testing experience.
• Proficiency in test planning and execution.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and management.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues in requirements, design specifications, application architecture and product documentation.
• Develop test specifications based on various requirement documents within schedule constraints.
• Develop test bed and verify test environments (based on project requirements).
• Constant communication and follow up with various stakeholders during test planning and execution phases.
• Log software application defects (in standard defect management tools) and track it to closure.
• Report and update test status promptly and accurately.
• Good understanding and able to apply test processes laid down and/or standards as defined.
• Comply with the software quality management practices and policies.
