Job summary

LAVU TECH SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking Automation Testers with 4+ years of hands-on QA experience to join our team. You will identify issues across requirements, design specs and product docs, and develop test specs and environments within project timelines.

Proficiency in Selenium Java with Cucumber, Maven and IntelliJ; Git and ADO Boards; SQL; and API testing with Postman is required. Python with Pytest and finance-domain knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Automation testers with at least 4 years of experience.
• Experience identifying issues in requirements, design specs, and product docs.
• Experience logging defects, tracking to closure and reporting test status.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify issues in requirements, design specifications, application architecture and product documentation.
• Develop test specifications based on various requirement documents within schedule constraints.
• Develop test bed and verify test environments (based on project requirements).
• Constant communication and follow up with various stakeholders during test planning and execution phases.
• Log software application defects (in standard defect management tools) and track it to closure.
• Report and update test status promptly and accurately.
• Good understanding and able to apply test processes laid down and/or standards as defined.
• Comply with the software quality management practices and policies.
