Job summary

You will lead design from concept through production handover, collaborate with design, process, controls, and quality teams, and optimize cycle time, yield, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in mechanical design or automation machine development with strong technical leadership.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Machine design and development of automation systems, including high-speed stitching and insertion equipment.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Process Engineering, Electrical Controls, Manufacturing and Quality teams to define specs and DFM requirements.
• Lead machine-development projects from concept to production handover, focusing on cycle time, yield, and reliability.
