TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Development Automation Engineer in Penang, Malaysia to lead the design, development, and validation of automated cable assembly lines.

You will drive process improvements, partner with Product Development and Manufacturing Engineering, and ensure robust, scalable automation solutions that meet TE standards. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics with emphasis on automation.
Minimum 7 years in automation engineering or related fields.
Strong knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, sensors and robotics.

Responsibilities

Lead automation development for cable assembly manufacturing.
Drive innovation in automation technologies including robotics and vision.
Support product development, DFM, tooling and process qualification.
Design and qualify tooling and automated processes for quality and efficiency.
Apply electrical engineering expertise to integrate automation solutions.
