Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. seeks a Staff Manufacturing Engineer (Cable Making/Automation) to lead and manage cable making engineering with on-time project delivery and budget adherence at TE Dongguan operations, and to support new cable business development.

The role covers budgeting, policy implementation, people management, product design reviews, project leadership, and advanced manufacturing process development to ensure production efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• 8 years cable making experience with 4 years in management.
• Strong management, coordination and communication skills; accountability and integrity.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor section budget to achieve department targets.
• Implement global/local product development policies and procedures.
• Allocate and mentor direct reports; provide performance feedback.
• Review/approve new product designs and ECNs to support new business.
• Lead new product and technology development to meet market demand.
• Oversee cable making manufacturing engineering and provide technical support.
