Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend and approve car loans with lending limits for the assigned regions.
• Evaluate and recommend loans for approval beyond authority.
• Manage disagreements on credit decisions with sales personnel.
• Assist the Team Leader in managing approval turnaround time for their regions.
