Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Malaysia is seeking talented credit professionals to evaluate, recommend, and approve car loans within regional lending limits. You will resolve credit decisions with sales teams and support turnaround times.

Based at our Auto Loan Center in Puchong, you will collaborate with leaders to ensure accurate credit judgments and smooth processes for customers. The role welcomes experienced professionals and fresh graduates for a dynamic, growth-oriented banking environment.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend and approve car loans within lending limits for assigned regions.
• Evaluate and recommend loans for approval beyond authority.
• Manage disagreements on credit decisions with sales personnel.
• Assist Team Leader in managing approval turnaround time for respective regions.
