Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CPA/ICAEW preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading audit teams in SME/SMI environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines with quality.
