Falina & Co. is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to lead complex audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio. You will manage end-to-end engagements, supervise junior team members, and ensure high-quality work within a professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or ACCA, 3–5 years of public accounting audit experience, and strong knowledge of Malaysian standards. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for client engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Knowledge of Malaysian auditing standards and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to lead audit teams and manage multiple engagements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, execution, and finalization of statutory audit engagements.
• Perform advanced fieldwork, testing, and draft financial statements and audit reports.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Mentor junior audit associates and review their work.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage multiple engagement lifecycles with effective resource planning.
