Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate for the Centre of Excellence Quality Testing to help maintain high audit quality across SE Asia. You will review and test the firm's quality management systems to ensure engagements are thorough and comply with the latest standards.

As part of the SEAPEN team, you will collaborate with Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos to achieve consistent quality outcomes, mentor junior staff, and participate in global quality reviews and training on

Qualifications

3–5 years in external audit, preferably at a Big 4 firm.
Proven skills in risk assessment and internal controls evaluation.
Ability to manage projects and work with diverse, cross-country teams.
Experience in multicultural environments and global audit settings.
Commitment to continuous learning and audit quality improvement.

Responsibilities

Review and test the quality management systems to ensure audit engagements comply with latest standards.
Develop testing plans, execute tests, and report findings with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with teams across Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos for standardised quality outcomes.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to global quality reviews and inspections.
