A multinational professional services firm is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead QMSE reviews in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee risk management, collaborate with teams across Southeast Asia, and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate has a degree, relevant audit experience, and strong leadership skills. This is a contract position offering significant responsibilities and the opportunity to influence quality management practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline and/or a professional accounting qualification such as the ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA‑CAANZ / CPA Australia.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in audit or risk management.
• Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen.
• A willingness to challenge points of views and opinions through presenting logical arguments.
• Good communication skills and influencing skills with both peers and senior individuals.
• Experience of managing people, workload, and individual tasks.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the execution of QMSE review covering both ISQM 1 and QC1000 requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor periodic monitoring testing focused on firm’s SoQM.
• Identify and assess risk areas, recommending improvements to firm’s SoQM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in quality management.
• Mentor and develop junior audit staff.
