Job summary

Teach For Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate for Partnership Development with corporates and foundations. You will build meaningful partnerships to maximise fundraising and represent TFM at external events to gather leads and contacts.

As part of the Partnerships team, you will develop proposals and manage donor relationships, collaborate with program teams, and support interns while maintaining CRM records and donor stewardship processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any stream is required.
• Strong data analysis and reporting能力 (English).
• Proactive self-starter with ability to manage multiple streams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia basic preferred.
• Experience in fundraising or donor relations is an advantage.
• Ability to build and maintain donor relationships with corporate and foundation partners.

Responsibilities

• Pursue funding avenues to raise funds for Teach For Malaysia.
• Conduct landscape analysis to generate donor leads and grant opportunities.
• Engage partners and pursue prospects via networks and the TFM movement.
• Develop proposals, grant applications and cultivate donor leads.
• Maintain donor relationships within corporate and foundation portfolios.
• Manage partner stewardship processes and CRM records.
• Plan and coordinate partner engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with program teams to meet reporting milestones.
• Coordinate with MEL/RDI for impact reports.
