Job summary

Teach For Malaysia seeks an Associate/Senior Associate in Participant Affairs & Recruitment to attract and develop STEM educators for national initiatives. You will drive campaigns, manage stakeholder relations, and support leadership development programs.

Immediate start on a full-time 1-year contract with renewal potential. Collaboration across multiple teams and external partners is essential to strengthen participant retention and program impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in recruitment, stakeholder engagement or public sector partnerships preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute participant recruitment campaigns and selection processes for high-potential STEM teachers.
• Maintain records of engagement, retention and withdrawal across internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage data from participant affairs to strengthen recruitment strategies and experience.
• Coordinate timely reports on participant affairs and recruitment progress for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create recruitment content for multiple platforms.
• Cultivate relationships with government, partners and education community.
• Support events to enhance engagement and retention across cohorts.
• Refine recruitment systems and knowledge platforms for scalable operations.
