Job summary

PwC Malaysia in Penang is seeking a Senior Associate in External Audit within Assurance to strengthen our client service across diverse industries. You will contribute to audits, apply emerging technologies to testing, and support governance and reliability of client information.

You’ll work with a team on planning, fieldwork, and reporting, develop technical acumen, and build relationships across the firm while ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and/or a professional accounting qualification such as the ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in statutory and regulatory audits
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience
• Able to demonstrate ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and build meaningful relationships
• Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen

• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
